3 different demon defeating classes under 45 minutes: DEFCON, Strike, and Attack
DEFCON
This signature class combines the most extreme version of conditioning with short rest periods, equipping you with a 30-minute hardcore session! The room is immersive with visual, audible, physical, and emotional stresses as you navigate the 5 phases of DEFCON, all indicated by changes in lights, sound, and intensity. Every second matters, do not hesitate, do not quit -it’s GO TIME!
Strike
Glove up and get after it! This 45-minute class recruits your inner fighter by engaging the heavy bag with combos of punches, kicks, knee strikes, and elbow strikes. No experience necessary.

Attack
Work the bag and advance your conditioning in this
45-minute hybrid training session. Half of the class is focused on confidence-building striking combos and the other half targets intense metabolic conditioning.

This room utilizes the following equipment:
Heavy Bags, Skiergs, Turf, HIITMILLs, Slam Balls, Rowers, Kettlebells, Sandbags, and Other Interactive Elements.
It’s a 30-45 minute, most extreme version of HITT that incorporates an overstimulated environment to induce stress while training. With a strong focus on mental training as well as physical. This class consists of heavy strike bags, skiers, turf, HIITMILLs, slam balls, rowers, kettlebells, sandbags, and other interactive elements. Boxing experience is not required. Designated classes require MMA gloves (which Fort has available for rent if needed.)
Defense Readiness Condition: Get ready to exert your mind and body in increasing intensity levels, starting with level 5 and finishing strong at level 1. Think of level 5 as being on a train ride in the first-class car sipping your tea and finishing at level one with the train derailed surrounded by chaos while you have to crawl to your destination.
5- high output for a short period of work time and medium recovery period. 4- high output for a short period of work time and little recovery period. 3- extreme output short to medium work time and short recovery period. 2- extreme output medium work time and minimal recovery period. 1- extreme output, all-out, non-stop, total physical failure, no predetermined work or recovery time. Throughout all five levels there will be cognitive functioning drills.
