BATTLEFIELD

The Battlefield fully encompasses tactical strength and conditioning through unique mental and physical obstacles that are as challenging as they are fun!

Cross the threshold and transform your everyday life with our signature High Intensity Tactical Training (HITT)! The Battlefield fully encompasses tactical strength and conditioning through unique mental and physical obstacles that are as challenging as they are fun! Unity and a squad mentality will get you through these workouts, as no soldier gets left behind.

Each day of the week targets specific muscle groups:

Engage – Legs/Booty/Core (Mon)
Reinforce – Back/Biceps/Rear Delts (Tues)

Grenade – Full-BodyPower (Wed)

Re-Engage –Legs/Booty/Core (Thur)

Assault – Chest/Triceps/Front Delts (Fri)

Basic Training – HITT Confidence Course (Sat)

This room utilizes the following equipment:
Climbing Wall, Barbells, Ropes, Turf, Sleds, Squat Racks, Dumbbells, State of the Art Treadmills, Medicine Balls, Air Bikes, and Classified Tactical Apparatus.

GEARED UP

Geared Up is an immersive spin room that uses music, lights, visuals , and technology to stimulate the senses and manipulate energy to create an elevated cycling experience.

Get ready for the ride of your life! Geared Up is an immersive spin room that uses music, lights, visuals, and technology to stimulate your senses and manipulate energy to create an elevated cycling experience unlike any other workout!

These intense beginner spin classes incorporate fun Performance Riding and Rhythm Ride Techniques for those who demand the most out of their workouts. This low-impact/high-intensity exercise is great for people of any age who are looking to reach new peaks of motivation and performance.

If you’re ready to take spin to the next level, then it’s time for you to gear up and go hard with us!

DEFCON

This room is an immersive experience that takes you through all 5 phases of DEFCON levels, all indicated by changes in lights, music, and intensity of the workout. Each phase has unique requirements to be completed before moving on to the next level.

3 different demon defeating classes under 45 minutes: DEFCONStrike, and Attack

 

DEFCON
This signature class combines the most extreme version of conditioning with short rest periods, equipping you with a 30-minute hardcore session! The room is immersive with visual, audible, physical, and emotional stresses as you navigate the 5 phases of DEFCON, all indicated by changes in lights, sound, and intensity. Every second matters, do not hesitate, do not quit -it’s GO TIME!

 

Strike
Glove up and get after it! This 45-minute class recruits your inner fighter by engaging the heavy bag with combos of punches, kicks, knee strikes, and elbow strikes. No experience necessary.
*Gloves and wraps are required.

 

Attack
Work the bag and advance your conditioning in this
45-minute hybrid training session. Half of the class is focused on confidence-building striking combos and the other half targets intense metabolic conditioning.
*Gloves and wraps are required.

CADET’S CLUB

We believe in modeling a healthy lifestyle to our youngsters (our “Cadets”) and understand the importance of having someone take care of your kids while you make time for yourself.
