HYROX is a fitness competition that combines 8km of running and eight functional workout stations. It is an indoor hybrid fitness racing event that alternates running with functional exercises.
Our HYROX classes are designed to help athletes build the strength, endurance, and race strategy needed to perform well in a HYROX competition. Workouts combine running intervals with functional training movements commonly seen in HYROX races, such as sled pushes, rowing, farmer’s carries, lunges, and wall balls.
Each session focuses on improving technique, pacing, and performance under fatigue, helping athletes become more comfortable with the demands of race day. Whether you’re preparing for your first HYROX event or working to improve your time, these classes provide structured training in a supportive and competitive environment.
Join us for a race-simulation workout designed to mimic the intensity and stations of a real HYROX competition. This special session at 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM gives athletes the chance to test their pacing, endurance, and strength in a supportive, high-energy environment.
Take your HYROX preparation to the next level with personalized coaching at Fort Fitness. Our private sessions provide one-on-one attention, allowing your coach to design a fully customized program tailored to your strengths, weaknesses, and race goals.
For athletes who prefer training with a small group, our semi-private sessions offer the same expert guidance in a high-energy, supportive small group environments (2-4clients). Both options focus on technique, pacing, endurance, and strength, ensuring you’re fully prepared for race day and able to perform at your best.
