12 & 8 Week Challenges

Our 8- and 12-week challenges are designed to create real, sustainable change—both inside and outside the gym. These programs combine structured training, nutrition accountability, and mindset development to help you build consistency and see measurable results.

Participants commit to regular workouts at Fort, follow a guided nutrition approach, and complete weekly body scans to track progress. Each challenge also includes mindset and self-development check-ins, educational seminars led by Fort coaches, and a supportive group environment that keeps you motivated and accountable.

Beyond physical results, our challenges focus on habits, discipline, and long-term lifestyle change. We wrap up each challenge by recognizing achievements, celebrating progress, and awarding prizes to top performers.
