Designated classes require MMA gloves (which Fort has available for rent if needed.)

We love our families and look to support active lifestyles. Ages 12-15 can take our GearedUp spin class when accompanied by a parent or guardian.- Once you hit ages 16 and up, all three group training rooms are waiting for you. (16 and 17 year-olds will need a parental release form.)
