It’s an indoor cycling group training class that takes place on stationary bikes. At Fort Fitness, we use music, lights, and visual images to provide the most epic cycling experience.

Not sure about cycling in a bikini? Good thing that’s not required. Just shorts, leggings, tank top, T-shirt and spin shoes. Still need to purchase your spin shoes? No problem, Fort has top-of-the-line spin shoes available for rent.
